| Description: | This auction is for a 1955 Topps vintage ROOKIE baseball card of the Pittsburgh Pirates Hall Of Fame Legend - Roberto Clemente #164. This ROOKIE card of Roberto is in great condition being very well centered with clean white borders, sharp corners and outstanding color and registration. The card is centered better than 95% of the Clemente RCs and when you take into consideration the color and registration it is definitely in the upper echelon. The card does have a couple of very tiny print flaws or white "snow" spots above the "P" in his cap that have a tiny gap between them. This is one of the nicest Clemente ROOKIES that we have every sold and in our opinion, it has been conservatively graded by Sportscard Guaranty an SGC 84 or NM 7 and would not look out of place in a 7.5 holder. |
