| Description: | This auction is for a Complete Set of 1950 Bowman vintage baseball cards. About 95% of the set was taped in a scrapbook on the top edge with the backs remaining clean and the fronts in a various condition. On most cards, the tape or a light stain is still present along the top edge with a minority of the cards having some paper loss from an attempted tape removal in the past (Jackie Robinson has a small spot of paper loss on the top edge). About half of the cards are pretty clean being crease-free in VG/EX to NM condition with clean backs with the exception of the tape on the top front edge. A great collectors start to a lower grade set that presents stronger than the technical grade. |
